As a small business, and particularly at present, we are very mindful of providing the best in customer care, whilst balancing this with a competitive pricing structure.
Unfortunately, we have seen a significant rise in cost prices across our supply chain and have absorbed these increases a number of times. We are at a point where we cannot continue to carry forward in this way and need to pass on a percentage of this increase. Rest assured, our contact lens prices are still very competitive with large multiple chains and online distributors.
With the above in mind, the cost of your contact lens scheme will increase by £2.00 pcm. We are always happy to discuss if this is the right type and frequency of contact lens supply for your individual needs. These changes will take effect from March 1st 2026.
You will still continue to receive the best care possible and have the benefit of:
• Unlimited contact lens check-ups
• Emergency eyecare appointments
• 20% Discount off spectacles and sunglasses
• Replacement of split or lost contact lenses
• Home delivery service
